Just reporting in on what’s been happening over the last couple of months. The most important development has been the appointment of the Interim Board and the process of Incorporation has begun. We had a meeting at the Willunga Hub on the 12th April at which the first group of paying members paid a foundation fee of $25.00 so that we could vote on who would become the Interim Board. Members of the Board are as follows:

Amendments to the Constitution were adopted at the next Board Meeting on the 26th April and the final version will be uploaded over the next couple of weeks.

We have had a few IT issues which some members have brought to our attention, which we thank them for and we are addressing those issues as a matter of priority.

Following up on our search for a home we have had a meeting with Mayor Lorraine Rosenberg, and are now exploring a couple of options, so stay tuned folks.

We are also working on a podcast to be available to listen to online, which we will be collating over the next couple of months. If you would like to be a part of any of them or have any suggestions please don’t hesitate to call me on 8556 6051.

Looking forward to having a get together somewhere over the next couple of months so we can all see each other face to face and share some ideas, but most importantly have some fun.
