Hi to all Tribe FM supporters.

Well after a long while our web site is now in an active mode....while we were always up, now were running too, and we'll have regular updates to keep you informed of the progress of our station.

We've just had our 3'rd AGM and a new board is ready to go.

The latest news is an exciting development from ACMA, and that is that they have decided that our test transmittion period is only going to be for a 7 day period instead of 6 months.

That means that we could be up and running in a matter of months.

It does rely on getting all the approvals through for the transmitter site at Dog Ridge Wines on Chapel Hill Rd  and overcoming some resident complaints about the tower. This is a Council process which takes its own time, but we are quietly confident that we will overcome this obstacle....our modest tower is nothing like a Telstra phone tower or similar.....fingers crossed.

So what we must think about now is programming and studio equipment.
